There will be a virtual public meeting on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 6:00 PM to discuss a proposed zoning change at 2701 W Touhy.

The applicant is seeking to change the zoning from B3-1 to B2-3. The property owner is proposing to take down the existing one-story retail building and build a new four-story residential building, measuring 56 feet and 5 inches in height. The proposed building will contain 39 residential apartment units and provide off-street parking for 45 cars. Thirty-nine bicycle parking spaces will also be located within the building’s first floor garage.
